• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You must not already be using the service under a banned account

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You must verify your email address before accessing the platform
• You must promptly update your information if it changes
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyNikkahOnline only for its intended purpose: finding a lawful Nikkah partner in an Islamic and ethical manner. You must NOT:

• Provide false, misleading, or deceptive information in your profile
• Harass, intimidate, or engage in inappropriate communication
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Share contact information of other members without their consent
• Engage in any activity that violates Islamic ethics or local laws
• Upload inappropriate, obscene, or misleading photographs

4. Islamic Conduct Policy

MyNikkahOnline is built on Islamic principles. All users must:

• Maintain Islamic adab (etiquette) in all communications
• Involve family or guardian at appropriate stages of the matrimonial process
• Not engage in pre-marital relationships or inappropriate interactions
• Respect the dignity and privacy of all other members

Violation of Islamic conduct guidelines may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Profile Content

• All profile information must be truthful and accurate
• Profile photos must be appropriate and modest
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines
• Verified badges are granted based on email/phone verification, not identity documents (unless upgraded)

Your use of MyNikkahOnline is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behaviour
• Violate our Islamic Conduct Policy
• Receive multiple justified complaints from other members

You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyNikkahOnline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
